Basics of Internal Auditing and a Practice Audit (2 days)
Practical, hands-on preparation to work as an internal auditor, covering every stage of the audit process
This two-day training gives you the basic skills to work as an internal auditor, tailored to your organization’s needs. You’ll learn what the auditor’s role actually means in practice, and how to carry out internal audits in a planned, effective way — so the end result is reliable information that supports management and the development of your operations.
You’ll get familiar with the key principles and best practices of internal auditing, as well as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements from an internal-audit perspective. You’ll come away with a clear overall picture of every stage of the audit process: planning, execution, reporting, development, and continuous improvement.
The training combines theory, discussion, and hands-on exercises. You’ll carry out a practice audit and get feedback on both how you ran it and how you reported it.
