Process School — Identify, Map, and Develop Processes (2 days)
Learn how to identify, map, and develop processes
Processes play a key role in delivering on an organization’s strategy, meeting customer and stakeholder requirements, and improving efficiency and results. Establishing and developing them usually starts with identifying and mapping processes, and rolling out agreed ways of working.
Measurement, evaluation, and process-related problem-solving are what get process development moving toward its target state. Process work takes skill, established practices, and readiness — that’s what it takes for process development to actually deliver the results and impact you’re after.
“The training was really good and interesting. My attention stayed with it throughout, and the trainer was excellent and knowledgeable. The concrete examples were a great addition.”

You’ll learn the full arc of process work — from identifying and mapping processes all the way to making them more efficient and improving results.

Specialists who want to deepen their understanding of process work and process management.
Learning methods
This is a two-day course combining theory, discussion, practical examples, and organization-specific deep-dive discussion.
Between the two training days, participants complete assignments independently. On the second day, results are reviewed, questions are answered, and any problems are worked through together.
Participants also have direct access to guidance and support from the trainer between the two days.
At the end of the training, the trainer shows participants how to keep moving forward from here.
Participants receive a rich set of materials — models and templates to support mapping and developing your organization’s processes.
Participants are encouraged to bring along any process material they’ve already put together, so it can be reviewed, discussed, and put to use during the training.
