Kiwa Sertifiointi Oy extended the validity of the ISO 27001 certificate originally granted in 2024 to TSS Finland Oy until June 23, 2027.
Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy originally granted the ISO 27001:2022 certificate on May 3, 2024, confirming that TSS Finland Oy’s information security management system meets the requirements of the standard. Arter Oy is part of the TSS Finland Oy organization and is included in the certified scope.
ISO 27001 is one of the most widely recognized international standards for information security management systems. It defines the requirements for establishing, maintaining, monitoring, and continuously improving an organization’s information security management system.
Arter was first awarded the ISO 27001 certificate on June 23, 2021.
ISO 27001 certification demonstrates commitment to systematic information security
The ISO 27001 certificate is issued by an accredited certification body and demonstrates that Arter Oy operates in accordance with recognized information security practices and manages information security in a responsible and systematic manner.
For our customers, compliance with ISO 27001 builds trust that requirements are met. This trust is based on practices such as documented information security processes, risk assessments, protection of information assets, access control management, and ensuring the availability, integrity, and security of information.
Recertification provides deeper insight into how the management system is implemented
The original ISO 27001 certificate was awarded to Arter in June 2021. Recertification evaluates how well the management system has been implemented in practice across the organization. It also enables a deeper assessment of how effectively the system is functioning.
Being part of TSS Finland also provides Arter with an opportunity to further strengthen its information security capabilities through collaboration and shared practices. A shared management system enables a more critical and comprehensive approach than operating within a single organization alone.
“In the future, this allows Arter to operate at a level of information security that exceeds what would be possible based on our size alone,” says Aleksi Rossi, Information Security Manager at Arter.
Arter has been part of the Dutch Total Specific Solutions (TSS) group since June 2019. TSS consists of nearly 85 independently managed software business units across Europe, with over 2,300 employees. The company is headquartered in the Netherlands and is part of the publicly listed Topicus.com group. TSS Finland Oy is part of the Total Specific Solutions group.
